Booking Process

To reserve accommodations at one of the affiliated resorts please fill in the booking request form and provide us with the following details:

• Your full name
• Check-in and check-Out dates. 
• Accommodation type ( resort preference) and the number of guests staying (please provide age of any kids staying). 
• How many staying guests travelling for pick up and drop off from & to the airport ( This is included in all holiday packages as standard)

The above information will help us so we can proceed with assisting you with the booking process.  Your customer service representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible with pricing according to your requests. All reservations are subject to availability. Member Guests can only book as per our Membership Level.

Payment details will be provided via email once you have agreed to go ahead with the booking.

Rules of occupation and Privacy Policy are agreed and apply automatically when booking is complete, as these are essential to the booking process.
